There are about a half dozen leuku mixed in there. Look for the ones with wide, broad sheaths. I mainly like puukko, but do have a few leuku, mostly older ones.

Need larger pictures to tell for sure, but could be a Japanese WW II era pilots sword. The style of mounts are WW II gunto, but can't see enough detail to tell for sure just what it is.

Yes, it is used to etch copper (brass is mostly copper) in printed circuit boards.
I wouldn't recommend using FeCl3 on brass.

My VERY limited experience with these forms is that they were more parrying (sp?) weapons than anything else. Besides the split blade Katar you mention, several main gauche are likewise constructed....
