The second one is French, marked "Coulaux Klingenthal". It has a nice triangular blade. Is it a generic private purchase piece or an ordonance one? Are those academic palms? If so is it french...

To me it seems like one of those pieces from Southern Italy, Naples manufactured trade sword made for export to the Ottoman empire. Nice piece IMHO
