Thanks Carlos and Rick. I think the blade is for old sword. The construction reminds me of weapons in Albania ,such as the famous rat tail pistols of 18/19 century.

Digeni your yataghan is from balkan, and the inscription in the blade is greek or cyriliks. I m not sure because the leters is not clear.

kilij scabbard

My opinion for kilij scabbard is a syrian work for ottoman empire market in last quarter 19 century. I think the wood is new and the iron parts in scabbard is from a older sword.

you're right Eftihi , definitely a harbi. perhaps the blade is a little weird because what used to be thin. But apart from their use as an accompaniment to the gun and had like a knife
