This is very old horn, probably over a century plus.
Looks like wood grain. Lots of grime and dirt = patina. ;)

I find it interesting to see that the Light Hilted Yataghans' hilts are all described as Bone when most of them are hilted in Ivory or Walrus tusk. :confused:

I think Drac's item is Walrus Ivory. I only used Fish Bone as a euphemism for the material. If you look at the end that is narrower, where it is cut, you can see the dentine core of the tusk.
