It's 18 inches from the bottom base to the top ear and 5 inches from the base of the holder to the beard which acts as a cradle.

It's exactly 18 inches tall from the bottom of the base to the top ear. It's 5 inches from the base of the holder to his hands.

Animal Mask

I think they are too large to be figural pipe bowls and the circular base leads me to think that too. The depth of the hole in the head might suggest that something was intended to be held within....
