Small Turkish? Knife, Tourist Item?

Just bought this small knife and was wondering if it is a tourist item. Haven't done anything to it yet. Tag said it was Turkish. Outside my expertise.

The 2nd one's blade is approx 10". Forgot the ruler. There is a piece of very old tape on the scabbard of #3.
