i wondered about the relationship (if there was one) between ketland and american eagle (pommel) sabers.....


they both look almost identical, but ive never seen a weapon that was marked as both...

"kilij" blade, 24 inches long, undecorated hilt, a fighting weapon.

the blade is moderatly pitted.


im unsure of the age, but it is a solid sword all around.

do toledo blades deserve their "mistique"?

ive read so much about how "storied" toledo blades are and how strong they where, but ive yet to see a toledo blade that wasent a wallhanger/tourist toy.
