If it was "heavily alloyed with silver" would it tarnish in some way? I have not...

I think my kris was pictured in the online article displayed below. It was on the site in 2007. The link is now defunct. Wish I had saved the article....

According to Fred this is a Moro shield. 1900 or older. I seems the handles were added later. The construction is well done in the shield itself, but the handles are crude.

I just fell in love with this when I first held it. Feels like an extension of my arm. Well-balanced, light, serious even with a thick blade. The unusual handle holds very well. One of my favorites.
