I believe that a Malay pronunciation of 'serindit' would be with a barely audible t at the end, a subtle glottal stop. I think 'serindi' might just be a closer-to-phonetic rendition of that.

I thought that this blade gave a Tuban impression, but it seems that the gonjo doesn't tick all the boxes. Namely the tail of the gonjo appears tapers straight (without a waist)...

If it were me, I'd take a look at the silhouette of the gonjo looking at it from top down, to see if it would support a Tuban classification.
