I've searched in "Waffen aus Zentral Afrika" Museum für Völkerkunde Stuttgart and "Ijzerwerk van Central-Afrika" H.Westerdijk book.
There are similar arrows heads but they are not tanged and secured...

This is a MONGO shield attribute to the NGATA.
Semi-large type called gube.
Yours seems to have a clear part in the middle part : some shields are covered in the center with another plaited part...

I found this NGOMBE béro, 43cm, light metal, rare shape, and strange forge, a kind of "damas" ?
It is the first time I see this kind of forging with an african weapon.

This one is complete (except scabbard) in good state.

From Sudan (except throwing knives) I have just this strange long dagger.
The blade is engraving (acid) with coranic texts on both side, the handle is made of wood, sort of glass...
