Mandau restoration and repairs

I have a few mandaus that need some minor (?) repairs. like rebinding of rattan on the hilt and scabbards and putting new resin on hilt.

Can anyone here suggest where I can get these done in...

1) Can one determine where a mandou comes from based on decoration and shape of the hilts eg, Serawak orang Ulu? Iban? etc?...
