I've seen around 2 archaic krises that don't have a separate gangya, both are in the Philippines. They both have round tangs....

That really is a gem of a find, sir! I don't know much about Panay... I'm guessing it's either a talibong or tenegre, probably late 1800s as it still has a European-style guard. It's a supersized one!

Show us your "other" Visayan swords

For this forum, I've noticed that the Visayan blades that tend to be focused are the garab, tenegre, and talibong.

I'm wondering if forum members would have other Visayan swords such as sansibar...

Yup...there are actually several ethnolinguistic groups living in Panay and Negros islands...the Ilonggo (lowlanders) have their tenegre, while the other tribes (highlanders) have their talibongs.
