Help with identifying a recent find
Hi,
Would anybody be able to help me with identifying this item.
I guess it might be described as a belt knife. Measures about 21 cm , but feels a heavy piece. Sheath is wooden with metal banding...

The identification is based purely on research...
The identification is based purely on research using the British Museum. I'm relying on their archive accuracy but I find it compelling that they have several separate donors for very similar knives...
