Kukri Example of Construction Type

I believe these were a style from particular region. All example I have seen are very well made. I date the kukri below and the kora in the Gurkha Museum above to around the 1910 - 20s.

The kukri is around WW1 period - 1920s. Probably made in North India around Dehradun. looks dirty. Should clean up with some 0000 fine steel wool. Wax and grease remover and some time.
