Bagh Nakh

Does anyone have examples of a bagh nakh and how it is worn? I have a tough time wrapping my mind around the wearing of them based on text and pictures. Worst comes to worst my curiosity will spur me to make a cardboard model of it...

I think that there might be some variants on this weapon. Here's one from Therion Arms. Hopefully it will give you some ideas.
BTW, there are a ton of images of these in Google Images. ;)
