Please help ID the sword

Guys,
Please help put an end to this mystery for me. What is it?, what can it be called and where is it from? African, cambodian? Any information is much appreciated. Thank you. |
Probably Manding. Very noice :)

Manding work, but again these odd cylindrical rondel hilts I believe are from further west in the coastal West African regions. It is always interesting to see the cross diffusion of forms following these prevalent trade routes that went into Saharan regions.

Guys thank you very much for the information and ID.
If anybody else has an opinion or something to contribute, please feel free. LOUIEBLADES and Jim, thank you again guys, Alex |
