Hi All

Picked this up yesterday from another forum member. The blade is 24" long and exhibits a wonderful pattern welded blade. What I find interesting is that the tip has a chisel profile similar to some Japanese swords.

Yes very nice - like the silver work and the blade - slightly unusual pattern...

Forget the silver :) look at the carving

A lovely parang. Well executed. Would think the blade is a polished pamorblade with a very light etch. Very tasteful piece.
