 Kaskara for Comment 6 Attachment(s) This has been passed around as much as my ex-wife. Both are sharp, pointed, deadly and leather-wrapped. But the sword is here to stay and thankfully she is not. I would welcome your kind comments on my favorite Kaskara, BTW the discoloration you may see is my overhead lighting. The flash did not overpower it. |

 That's a beautiful piece and I suspect that hilt IS silver, while the blade appears to be European originally? Even the leatherwork looks to be of superior quality, so all in all, I;d say that you've got a pretty one there. Clean that hilt up and I think you'll be amazed at just how attractive that sword is.
