Looks to me to be Chinese manufacture, but I'm a sucker for turquoise ;)

Hey Jmings,

Ive seen one of those once in Kuwait. They are newly made, in Iran, although they're of horrible quality. They are chisle-edged, buffed, and the hilt construction is of a rats tail design.
