Chinese saber-oxtail-Yunnan?

This has been posted before, but for the sake of discussion, plus there being some new eyes around, just wanted to hopefully get new perspectives.

It seems it was suggested this may be late 18th c. and perhaps Yunnan? oxtail type blade.

Would appreciate any insights!!
