Peersian Tabar axe (?) - ceremonial?
 

I would like to ask for your help identifying this axe head, and I hope someone here might be able to shed some light on it.

The piece is approximately 20 cm tall and weighs 535 grams. The blade is crescent-shaped. Incised decoration is present on the socket, featuring stylized motifs, possibly floral, with white mineral deposits filling the lines.

The form strongly resembles the Persian tabar axe type, but the stone medium strongly suggests a ceremonial or votive function rather than a practical weapon. or maybe just a decorative piece, without much history. Regarding the stone itself, I initially considered serpentinite or green onyx, but neither matches the coloration well. The closest visual match I have found is jadeite, given the dark sandy green tone with black inclusions.

I would very much welcome any help with attribution — region, period, and whether this is likely a ceremonial object or a votive piece, and of course any thoughts on the stone identification would be greatly appreciated.
