African Spear Shaped Paddles for Comment/Info

Hi All,
While driving to the store I saw a sign saying “Estate Sale” so I went in to have a look (because you never know, you know). I walked out with these two African paddles. I think they are 19th to early 20th century. Can anyone confirm this? Can anyone id geographic area and people? There is very recent damage to the tip of one which I would like to repair. Does anyone know what type of wood these paddles were made of? Sincerely, RobT |
