36 inches long and in high quality steel workmanship. Close-up of original confirms the marriage between blade and hilt is original. The huge blade has a reinforced spine with ribbed frame. Stunning deign workmanship on the hilt. Nice patina, in very good condition. £650 |
The blade is reinforced with long decorative steel strips on the spine and a shorter one on the ricasso. The basket shape handle is classical Indian beautifully pierced ending with a 2 inches pommel spike. Very good condition. A fine sword.
