I am sure someone will be able to enlighten me from which tribe this knife coming and maybe how it is called. Thank you in advance.

The books I have say this type of knife is used by the Ngombe and Poto tribal groups (East-Central Congo). However, I think such attributions can be quite fluid and probably "style areas" is a better concept...
