I greet all the members of the forum.
For a long time trying to translate the text from yataghan.
Dated approximately 1795/6.

Greetings and welcome to our little forum!

I'll wait for the others to chime in with translation, but I do know that this is a Balkan yataghan with horn grips.

I agree with you that this is a Balkan Yataghan.
Horn grips should be of buffalo horn.
