Mystery knife

This is a knife from my 'heap' which I really have no idea at all about and wondered if any members could shed any light on its origins . It is 25 cm long in the scabbard and the blade length is 13 cm.

looks generically 'himalayan' (tho not tibet or bhutan)

the dotted circle motif is a worldwide one, so that is not too helpful in pinning down the origin. the brass bound bone/horn scabbard reminds me of nepal/northern india, tho i've seen similar on hmong knives. the sword of shiva on the blade leads me back to nepal/NE india.

a jeweller's repair shop or a craft jewellery maker's could likely repair the missing tip if you don't feel like soldering yourself.

Thanks for all of that very helpful info . Another collector suggested Nepal too .
