Newly aquired yataghan, suprized me with the script. did not realize it was there, white horn handle with silver plated designs. some trim is missing but the blade remains incredibly sharp and straight. I had the inscriptions read , the name of the maker is evident, but on the other side, arabic, farsi, or old turkish mix, has everyone confused. can anyone help..thanks ahead of time.

is it that no one can read the inscriptions or that nobody wants to help?

to read the inscriptions :(

here, we'r a "gang" isn't ;) :p ;)
my favorite translator :D confirmed me that it's a poem wrote in arabic (not turkish or farsi)
but the pic resolution, and the "nas'r" fashion (letters inside others letters) trouble her to translate the text
so sorry for u :o
