can you help me ID?

unsure what this sword is.. any idea? theres nylon on the handle and string between the hilt and handle to keep it from wobbling// its definately hammerforged you can see the folds

Based from this one picture it has the general handle and blade shape of a Bhutanese/Tibetan sword. The blades on these are often laminated in a pattern referred to as "Hairpin folding". This shows as 5-8 parallel lines running the blade and then turning back towards the point.
