SWEET............ :D Tim do you think this is Zulu or some other tribe from the surrounding area?

Thanks Lew it does have some appeal. The chap I got it from is a Zulu collector, but to state it is 100% Zulu is problematic as quality carved objects were made as tribute from lesser tribes.

Very nice Tim. In Stone's "A Glossary...Arms and Armour...." A Zulu, Rhino knobkerrie is shown with a similar collar under the knob page 351
