UNUSUAL AFRICAN KNIFE

THE BLADE IS 15 INCHES LONG. THE HANDLE IS THE UNUSUAL PART. I KNOW WHAT KIND OF TAIL IT IS :p DOES ANYONE ELSE CARE TO MAKE A GUESS. :D

I GUESS SOME TRIBES STILL HUNT THEM FOR FOOD BUT I HAVE SEEN A FEW ARTICLES AND PROGRAMS ON THEM KILLING PEOPLE SO ITS DIFFICULT TO KNOW WHICH SIDE IS AHEAD. I REMEMBER SEEING DRAWINGS IN EGYPT OF PEOPLE HUNTING THEM FROM RAFTS WITH HARPOONS A VERY DANGEROUS SPORT INDEED. THERE IS A DISEASE DECIMATING THEM IN SOME AREAS AT PRESENT SO I HOPE THEY DON'T BECOME ENDANGERED.
