Hello, colleagues. I just acquired a boxed lot of books on arms and armor, and have some doubles to sell.
SOLD The Age of Chivalry - an important, fully-illustrated book on the European Arms and Armor in the Metropolitan Museum Collection, written by some of the best professionals in the business. A must-have title, in my opinion. In good condition, with a marking on the bottom. |
2 Attachment(s)
Stone's Glossary #1, in good condition, clean book.
$35 post paid in the US $30 + postage elsewhere. |
2 Attachment(s)
Stone's Glossary #2, in a slightly better shape than the first copy.
$40 post paid in the US $40 + postage elsewhere. |

SOLD
David Edge and John Miles Paddock - Arms & Armor of the Medieval Knight In excellent condition. |

SOLD
William Reed - Arms through the Ages. A huge, superb book. |
2 Attachment(s)
Harold Peterson - Arms and Armor in Colonial America, 1524-1783.
Title is somewhat of a misnomer. This book describes European arms in the 1500s-1700s, not just the types used in America. A classic title. Spine is torn, otherwise clean. $25 post paid in the US $20 + postage elsewhere. |

Claude Blaire - European and American Arms
This book needs no introduction...a true classic. Some losses to the dustcover, book is pristine. Signed by the author. $40 post paid in the US $35 + postage elsewhere. |
That's it for now, folks. There are 3 or 4 other titles I'll add later.
|
All the books are sold, except for Stone's Glossary, copy no.2.
