BALKAN YATAGAN SILVER ALLOY HILT

Up for sale is a Balkan yataghan. The hilt is a silver alloy and the scabbard is made of repoussed white metal. There is silver koftgari decoration on one side and on the other side silver koftgari maker and date. Also there is a maker's mark deeply engraved into the blade.

I got this from Oriental-Arms a few years ago and the pictures are from there.

Price is firm at $2700 plus shipping.

Did I mention that the hilt is solid silver alloy? Metal tested, 75% silver.
