Dear all.. what do you call the pamor , as far as i know we call it TOYA MAMBEK / floating water

Toya mambeg might be a little more correct.

Its a bit hard for me to put this idea into English.

Toya is water, and mambeg means clogged up or not flowing, and the idea is water in a stream that cannot flow because of a blockage across the stream.Its a natural thing, not a created thing.

I guess we could say "clogged water", but that really doesn't make any sense.
