Thanks for sharing the photographs. I like old pics of warriors of old times!!
I download those old pics for myself to study. I have some already of different indonesian tribes!

The Samoan page appears to be some sort of montage, at least the background looks hand-painted. What the warrior holds is a western "pork-splitter".
