Be carefull Maurice,
Don't use poisonous toothpegs, unless you made up your will, leaving this quiver to me ;) :D

That poison vial looks very much the "Monkey Scrotum" powder flask I posted a while back. Maybe it's not a powder flask?

No monkey scrotum for sure. In the middle there are pieces of poison, and some poison sticked on little wooden sticks. Wrapped around that is some kind of leave (I guess bananaleave). And that package is wrapped with the treebark you can see, wrapped with a cord to keep it closed.

Unfortunately I have some trouble with my photocamera. but I will attache pics when package is open soon.

I attached a picture out of the book "quer durch Borneo" by Nieuwenhuis. Here you also can see a package of poison.

With the quivers comes a "hung"which is a gourd made from calabash, being some kind of fruit.
There are pretty amazing gourds around. I have seen Edo period japanese ones, inlaid with silver and all.
