hey all,

I got this qama, I dont have it yet but its in good hands.

The blade appears to have a pattern, turkish ribbon? My guess that this piece is Persian, the green scabbard is certainly more Persian and the scabbard appears to have some repairs.

Are the washers coins?

I think so. I can see some letters there.

Lovely blade. It could be Georgian in origin as well.

thanks Teodor. I forgot about a sign on the blade. Seems to be old but later to the blade?
