Ancient dagger

A friend has this knife collector curious.Please help me about this. It's old ?Is it a recent copy?Thank you. :shrug: :)

Looks like a recent reproduction for use in the re-enactment community.

I believe this is a reproduction. The mark rings a bell in my head, I've seen it before. For some reason Arms & Armor in Minneapolis is what's coming to mind for that mark but i'm not certain.
