Bagobo Sword?

I think this is Bagobo. A laminated steel blade, half brass hilt with a brass wrapped pommel nut. The hilt was once stained black. The upper scabbard is wrapped with a narrow woven fabric strip. Stable crack in the hilt.


Dimensions

Length 58cm
Blade length 41cm
Blade width 3.5cm > 2cm > 4.5cm > point
Spine width 4mm
Hilt 13cm x 5cm x 2cm
Scabbard length 44.5cm
Scabbard width 7cm

Thanks for the responses. They don't come up often, particularly with the scabbard, I was very pleased to acquire it.

Yes. Unfortunately many collectors in Europe and the US through their scabbards away, only regarding the blade and hilt valuable. :mad:
