Salaams Galvano ¬ The style looks like Janbia or Jambia from Yemen. The search library is an excellent resource for searching Jambia...You can see the colour of the metal shows that this example is a mixture ... giving a slightly duller tone to the colour... but giving a harder metal than silver yet retaining a silver look. The curve in this type of scabbard is often described as monumental ! This type of dagger is worn under a broad often beautifully decorated woven belt....please see library.
