Silver hilted Turkish/Balkan bichaq
 

Turkish or Balkan (possibly Greece) bichaq. Blade is dated with both Hijri and Gregorien calendars. Perfect condition.Sharp,tip pointed ,strong blade. Hilt is high grade silver, beautifully nielloed and partially gold washed. Perfect condition with admirable degree of art. Scabbard original with stitched leather over wood. On one side,just the upper surface of the leather is worn. Total 30 cm, blade 17. A very nice sample.
