Has anyone seen these before.
I am thinking for the tourist market but the blades are quite usable.

You are correct, intended for tourists. Most of the time, they don't do hardening.

Perah wayang is also common for fancy usable golok in West Java, they are making it from good quality wood or buffalo horn.
