Yes, this is probably made in Sardinia, looks very similar to this gun:

Also its very nice. The distinctive stock shape and but comb is related to central European wheelocks. . Makes me wonder whether its a bit earlier than one might otherwise imagine. Sardiinian wheelock attatched. The lock might be Italian..
