I'm asuming that, with that stragely manufactured quillon it is a fake.

To the best of my opinion, this is what the Germans would call a ‘panzersticher’. A weapon used for killing people in heavy arms mostly when they are lying on the ground.

These kind of weapons are seen, but not often. If it is old or not, I would not know.
