Does anyone know if a transcript of Lecture by Roy Elvis will be made available after the Seminar, for those of who unfortunately cannot attend.

ariel 25th January 2017 01:22 PM

Could it be possible to make a movie of the presentation and post it here?

After all, not many Forumites can go to Baltimore on March 18. I certainly cannot: it is my wife's B-day. She sent me there twice in the distant past, but I do not want to miss the celebration anymore.

Philip 25th January 2017 05:51 PM

count me in!

I'll be attending. So will a colleague from Amsterdam, Peter Dekker and his wife Nany. Artzi advised me that we need to sign up on this site so that you have a head count?

Battara 6th February 2017 12:08 AM

I'll be there so you can all see............ME! 😄

I do not believe I have ever attained reservations at the seminar hotel; fortunately they have built a lot of new rooms in the area over the past decade and something can usually be found relatively nearby. I'll be staying a few exits to the north along 83.

Wishing I could attend.
It would be nice if someone would take photos of event and post them on the board for the rest of us to enjoy.
Have fun attendees.

As I write this email, it is early Friday evening. I am staying about two miles down the street from the Show. :)

But beware: 465 mb!

Mr. Elvis has most generously made the PowerPoint file of his presentation "COLLECTING ARMS AND ARMOR OF THE SOUTH INDIAN WARRIOR" available for your review!

It is a large file - 465 mb - so perhaps it is best not to download it on your phone data plan:
www.vikingsword.com/ethsword/Collecting arms and armor of South India.pptx

If you already have a recent version of Microsoft PowerPoint, you will be able to read notes accompanying most frames.

If you do not have a sufficiently recent version of PowerPoint, the slides (but not notes) may be viewed using the free Microsoft PowerPoint Viewer

Crave more details? - Mr. Elvis hopes to publish a book on this subject later this year!

Thank you so much, as someone who cannot attend I really appreciate the upload of the power point slides here.
