I think that's a french sword
It measures 84cm long, the blade 72 cm

I did some research, apparently it would be a french infantry sabre told the montmorency of minor, who served during the French revolution

Beautiful French infantry officer's sword! Montmorency blades common on hangers/naval swords of the period. No expert. just wanted to remark on this terrific sword. I'm thinking it's ca.1780-1800-ish? The 4-slot hilts went out of fashion post 1800.
