Interesting Meyers Brevete revolver info needed

A friend has this revolver, designed by Meyers Brevete with a liege proof stamp.
Does anyone know what type and age this is? I roughly guessed at 1860s, but cannot find too much info on this type of revolver.
Barrel is 13cm and has a 7,5mm bore with 4 grooves

Can you picture the revolver with cylinder open and hammer back? Is it centre fire or rim fire? Belgians made many types of handguns and this looks 1880's possibly later.
Try the book Arms of the World 1911 reprint, it has many antique/obsolete arms listed for sale back in 1911.

Hello

According to an official publication of the Liege Test Bank that I own, the punch with the ELG oval with the asterisk but without crown, was used until 1898 and the punch of M with the asterisk indicates the name of the controller, from 1877 onwards. so that the date can be established between 1877 and 1898.

Affectionately
