UK Militaria Nottingham

Can anyone help me out with some dealings Ive had with UK Militaria in Nottingham? I bought some Helmets off of them, apparently dating to the 17th century.

They all arrived and were modern copies made in a not particularly good fashion.

One even had the impressed letters of the tin can it was made out of!

I returned them straight away and although theyve recieved them, they are refusing to give my funds back for 30 days.

They have been aggresive and rude and certainly not how I would expect Militaria dealers to treat customers.

I contacted my cedit card company who have said they will send a form out to dispute the moneis I paid them.

What a nightmare! Has anyone else had dealings with them?

Buyers beware from this company!

NOT HAPPY

I have been told that this is a firm to avoid, they have a very poor reputation for customer service , and are known for copies sold as 'real' . Having said that, they do have good stuff as well. My advice would be to contact the Nottingham area trades descriptions or office of fair trading .. that usually puts the willies up them .
Good luck.
