Interesting Philippine Kris Sword, but from Where?

I just acquired this interesting Philippine Kris sword, but the handle and the guard are throwing me off as to its origin. It has a heavy and sharp blade that measures almost 19" long.The handle appears to be horn.

Looks Central Luzon to me. Nice sword!
