Sup, welcome to the forum :D

I think this is Turkish, but then again I cant tell the difference between a chicken and an eagle so do not trust my opinion xD

No seriously, I do think its Turkish :-)

Hi Damien,

Welcome to the forums.

I have to agree with my friend 'Lotfy' (A.Alnakkas).

I'd say that there is a good chance that this Kindjal is Turkish or Balkan.
It shows some similarities in the scabbard and wriggle-work decoration with one that I own:

I agree with the Gentlemen who wrote before me: the brass sheet decorations, the shape of the pommel (more triangular compared to Caucasian kindjals) and the suspension rings point to a Turkish attribution.

Regards,
Teodor

Agree: Ottoman, either Turkey/Syria or Balkans.
