Congreve catalogue of Woolwich arsenal

Does anybody have a copy of this book: W. Congreve 1822 Detail of the different models, arms, trophies, and military machines of every description, contained in the rotunda, and grounds of the Royal Military Repository at Woolwich. ?

Edgar, in his 1861 catalogue published in volume 2 of "Minutes and Proceedings of the Royal Artillery Institution" - which is available online - says that he uses the same catalogue numbers as "the old official catalogue". I'm guessing that this "old official catalogue" is the one written by Congreve. But I can't lay my hands on a copy.

My query is, that I would like to know what Congreve says about the catalogue number 117: Edgar says it is an old iron 4pr gun without date or device, length 3feet 2 inches and calibre 3 inches. Does Congreve say anything else about it ??
